how do we realease player/ does there salary count against the cap/ do they need to go through waivers? do we need to buyout etc.?

you just put them on waivers and hope that nobody picks them up..if they dont get picked up they go to your farm team and their salary doesnt count against ur cap

if nobody clames him after 2days then he goes to your farm team
